Gentoo Media Inc. secures EUR 50 million loan and underwriting for share issue

Gentoo Media Inc. has agreed to a EUR 50 million senior secured loan and secured full underwriting commitments for a planned EUR 50 million share issue. The funds will be used to refinance its December 2026 bonds.
