Alliance Insurance Brokers seeks to raise up to Rs. 900 crore

Alliance Insurance Brokers has begun a process to sell a minority stake, aiming to raise approximately Rs. 800-900 crore through a combination of primary and secondary share sales. The company plans to sell about a 30% stake to raise capital from institutional investors.
