Vicat to Acquire Cemex Assets in SE France

Vicat has entered exclusive talks to purchase Cemex's ready-mix concrete and aggregates operations in Southeastern France. The deal, which includes 48 plants and 9 quarries, is expected to close before December 31, 2026, pending employee consultation and competition approval.
