Calviks plans SEK 650M secured bonds to refinance 2027 notes

Calviks AB (publ) plans to issue SEK 650M senior secured 3-year bonds and has launched a conditional cash tender for its 2027 notes at 120.00% plus accrued, subject to a successful new issue.
