Paramount Skydance Announces $41.4B Notes and $8.5B Term Loan B Facility Pricing

Paramount Skydance Corporation announced the pricing of its senior secured notes offerings totaling $41.4 billion and €885 million, as well as a Term Loan B facility totaling $8.5 billion and €850 million.
