U.S., South Korea back $22.3 billion Project Star campus

The U.S. Commerce Department and South Korea announced a strategic investment in Project Star, a $22.3 billion energy infrastructure campus in Encinal, Texas, being developed by Related Companies and NextEra Energy with Lewis Energy Group.
