Universal Digital Inc. Extends PQCEE Deal Long Stop Date to Dec. 30, 2026

Universal Digital Inc. has extended the long stop date for its proposed acquisition of PQCEE PTE. LTD. to December 30, 2026, from September 30, 2026. This extension allows time for concurrent financing and the satisfaction of remaining closing conditions.
