Oculis Holding AG Director Lionel Carnot Resigns

Oculis Holding AG announced that director Lionel Carnot has resigned from its Board of Directors, effective today. Carnot had served on the Board since 2017. Following his resignation, the Board now comprises eight members, and Geraldine O’Keeffe will chair the Remuneration Committee.
