Zone Frontier Leases 4,077 Acres in Texas for Data Center Campus

Zone Frontier has entered into a 30-year ground lease to secure 4,077 acres in Potter County, Texas. The lease will be used to develop a West Texas data center campus with HST Technologies. The designated land allows for 200-800 acres for data centers and at least 1,800 acres for solar and battery infrastructure.
