New Age Metals Revises Genesis JV Earn-In Terms

New Age Metals amended its Genesis Project deal with Rockport. A 50/50 joint venture will now form if Rockport does not elect an additional 20% earn-in within 120 days. The original terms of $10,000 cash, 250,000 shares, and a $750,000 spend will only apply if Rockport chooses to proceed.
