Cuentas Extends Public Warrant Expiration to Dec. 31, 2026

Cuentas entered into an Amended and Restated Warrant Agency Agreement, extending the expiration of its publicly traded warrants from Sept. 30, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2026. The amendment also grants the Board the flexibility to implement price reductions.
