Petros Reports Executive Resignations and Termination

Petros announced the resignations of Executive Chairman Joshua N. Silverman, directors Bruce T. Bernstein and Wayne R. Walker, and Chief Accounting Officer Robert Weinstein. Additionally, President & Chief Commercial Officer Fady Boctor was terminated. All changes were effective September 30, 2026.
