Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. VIII Unit Holders to Trade Shares and Warrants Separately

Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. VIII announced that starting around October 5, 2026, holders of IPHXU units will be able to trade Class A shares under IPHX and warrants under IPHXW separately on Nasdaq. Only whole warrants will be tradable.
