Madison Square Garden Sports To Spin Off New York Rangers

Madison Square Garden Sports advanced the separation of its New York Rangers business into a standalone public company through a suite of agreements with MSGS Spinco and key stakeholders. The parties executed a Distribution Agreement to spin off Spinco to stockholders, and a Contribution Agreement to transfer assets to Spinco.
