VerifyMe Names Matthew Shaw CEO, Reconstitutes Board

VerifyMe has appointed Matthew Shaw as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. The company has also reconstituted its board to include Shaw, Scott Greenberg, Raghav Chopra, Thomas Rossiter, and Chantal Schutz, and named several new executive officers following a merger.
