Take-Two signs new Xbox agreement with Microsoft

Take-Two Interactive and Microsoft signed a new agreement covering Take-Two's games across Xbox devices, replacing prior Xbox publishing deals. Take-Two will receive wholesale pricing and/or revenue share on digital products sold by Microsoft, and Microsoft retains approval rights over game concepts, final versions and some marketing materials. The agreement took effect Sept. 17.
