BioMarin Licenses CNP IP to Ascendis Pharma

BioMarin entered into a Settlement and License Agreement with Ascendis Pharma, effective August 28, 2026. The agreement grants Ascendis a non-exclusive, worldwide license to BioMarin patent rights covering TransCon CNP (navepegritide/Yuviwel). Ascendis will pay royalties of 20% on U.S. net sales and 18% on EU, Brazil, and South Korea net sales until May 2030.
