Regeneron Grants Long-Term Performance Shares to Top Executives

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals has awarded performance share unit awards with a 10-year vesting period to its top executives, Leonard S. Schleifer and George D. Yancopoulos. They also received equity stakes in a newly formed subsidiary.
