Logistic Properties of the Americas Closes $145M Peru Asset Sale

Logistic Properties of the Americas closed the $145M sale of Parque Logístico Lima Sur to FIBRA Prime. LPA received $85M at closing and will receive an additional $60M in 12 and 24 months. LPA also arranged a $55M BTG Pactual facility at 8.50% tied to the installments.
