Air France-KLM, Lufthansa Submit Sweetened Bids for TAP Stake
Air France-KLM and Lufthansa have submitted improved binding offers for a minority stake in Portugal's TAP, according to the state holding company Parpublica. A winning bidder is expected to be chosen by mid-October.
Portugal's state holding company Parpublica said on Wednesday it had received improved binding offers from Air France-KLM EURONEXT:AF and Lufthansa XETR:LHA for a minority stake in flag carrier TAP. The government's expected choice of a winning bidder is due by mid-October.
