Oxy Capital leads $130M rescue plan for Italian fashion group Aeffe

Turnaround specialist Oxy Capital is leading a rescue plan for struggling Italian fashion group Aeffe, valued at approximately €115 million ($130.46 million). The plan is expected to preserve over 700 jobs and involve the creation of three new independent companies.
