European Watchdog Seeks More Powers to Police Crypto

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) stated that European regulators require enhanced authority to enforce cryptocurrency rules. ESMA also proposed the ability to instruct crypto companies to freeze assets under specific circumstances.
