Qatar Leads Most Major Gulf Stocks Lower

Qatar's QE Index fell 0.7%, Abu Dhabi's benchmark index declined 0.6%, the Dubai Financial Market General Index lost 0.5%, and Saudi Arabia's Tadawul All Share Index slipped 0.1% on the last trading day of the third quarter. The declines capped a weak September for regional equities.
