EXL announced the publication of its seventh annual Sustainability Report, detailing progress in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), a 64% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from a 2019 baseline, and responsible AI governance. Approximately 78% of its global workforce participates in CSR initiatives.
