Auto Majors Welcome CAFE III Norms, Citing Technology Flexibility

Leading passenger vehicle makers including Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, and Hyundai Motor India have welcomed the government's new Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) III norms. They stated that the framework offers the industry greater clarity for investment planning and permits the use of multiple technologies for a cleaner vehicle transition.
