Prime Drink Group securities halt to be revoked by B.C. regulator

The British Columbia Securities Commission is expected to revoke a cease trade order against Prime Drink Group after the company filed its audited annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and interim results for June 30, 2026. Continuous disclosure obligations are now current.
