Wynnchurch portfolio company EMS buys AMD Supply to expand Southeast aluminum distribution

EMS, a Wynnchurch Capital portfolio company, acquired AMD Supply, a Deerfield Beach, Florida distributor of fencing and hurricane protection products, to expand its aluminum distribution platform in the Southeast and add fencing systems, hurricane shutters and custom extrusions.
