TOP Ships acquires three MR tanker newbuildings for 2029 delivery

TOP Ships closed its acquisition of three SPVs holding contracts for high-specification, scrubber-fitted MR product tankers for 2029 delivery. Vessels have secured five-year time charters with an oil major starting on delivery, with a one-year extension option.
