Rezera: Phase 1 data for trabzanoflast shows high CNS exposure

Sanofi Ventures portfolio company Rezera reported Phase 1 topline results for oral NLRP3 inhibitor trabzanoflast in healthy volunteers. The drug was generally well tolerated, with no serious adverse events or discontinuations. Continuous cerebrospinal fluid sampling showed high CNS exposure, with Kp,uu of 1.9. Data supported continued clinical development, with pharmacodynamic readouts indicating target engagement in CSF and blood.
