General Mills (GIS) to replace CEO Jeff Harmening with COO Dana McNabb

General Mills Inc shares fell 1.7% to $33.30 after the company announced that COO Dana McNabb would succeed Jeff Harmening as chief executive officer effective Jan. 1, the company said on Tuesday. McNabb, a 27-year veteran, will be the company's first woman CEO.
