BFF Bank Sells €127 million of credits in Italy and Spain; completion by end-October

BFF Bank S.p.A. says it has agreed a deal to sell credits in Italy and Spain and a forward flow agreement in Spain, with credits book value of €127 million as of June 30, 2026. Consolidated net NPLs are reduced by about 35% versus June 30, 2026; a profit and loss charge of around €5 million is expected at closing and expected calendar provisioning for 2028 is reduced by over €30 million.

A. said on Sept. 30 it has agreed to sell credits in Italy and Spain and enter into a forward-flow agreement in Spain. The credits have a book value of Eur 127 million as of June 30, 2026.

The transaction is expected to reduce consolidated net NPLs by about 35% versus June 30, 2026. BFF said the deal is expected to result in a profit and loss charge at closing of around €5 million, and to cut expected calendar provisioning for 2028 by more than €30 million.
