American Rare Earths Limited released an updated Scoping Study for Cowboy State Mine, outlining a 4.5Mtpa, 26-year plan with an estimated after-tax NPV of ~$1.07B at 8% and initial capital of ~$900M. The preliminary study is based on Indicated Resources and is not a PFS or Feasibility Study.
