Aixia applies for Spotlight delisting after White Pearl squeeze-out bid

Aixia Group AB has applied to be delisted from the Spotlight Stock Market after White Pearl Technology Group launched a compulsory redemption to acquire the remaining shares for SEK 87.50 per share.
