InfraBridge sells 50% stake in 5.4 GW North American power portfolio

InfraBridge, a division of DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE: DBRG), announced it has completed the sale of its 50% stake in Invenergy AMPCI Thermal Power to funds of ArcLight Capital Partners. IATP is a portfolio of 11 power infrastructure assets representing approximately 5.4 GW of generation capacity across North America, owned in partnership with Invenergy, which will retain its 50% interest and operational role.
