Ouhua Energy appoints Shirley Tan as company secretary

Shirley Tan Sey Liy will be appointed company secretary of Ouhua Energy Holdings Limited, effective Oct. 1, 2026, replacing Chia Foon Yeow who steps down Sept. 30, 2026.
