CEB: Board approves 2026 Public Policy and Corporate Governance Letter

CEB's board signed off on its 2026 annual public policy and corporate governance letter, based on 2025, on Sept. 29, 2026. Directors cleared the 2025 business plan targets-and-results report for filing with Brasília’s legislature and audit court. The board revised the risk committee charter, tightening reporting cadence and appointment authority.
