Golden Faith names Tian Shisheng CEO, replaces Jackie Ko

Golden Faith Group Holdings Ltd. appointed Tian Shisheng as chief executive officer, replacing Jackie Ko Yung Lai. Kelvin Ko Chun Hay resigned as executive director, chairman and stepped down from board committees. Wai Lung Yeung resigned as independent non-executive director and left committee roles. Guoqing Chen was appointed independent non-executive director and will chair audit and risk committees.
