WeTouch Technology Updates Special Dividend Processing

WeTouch Technology Inc. stated that processing of its previously approved special cash dividend of up to $0.5M requires additional time. The record date of Aug. 17, 2026, and the plan remain unchanged; payment timing will be announced once arrangements are finalized.
