Verifix, EasyTap form Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan JVs for workforce platform

Verifix and EasyTap will create joint ventures in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to integrate workforce platforms, covering 500,000 flexible workers and 85,000 full-time employees for over 700 corporate clients. The integrated product combines Verifix workload forecasting with EasyTap rapid shift fill. First joint clients are expected in Q4 2026.
