Oil Climbs as Middle East Tensions Remain High

Oil prices rebound as tensions in the Middle East remain high despite a recent pickup in exports that calmed supply fears. Brent crude November futures were up 0.9% to $103.52 a barrel, while the more-active December contract climbs 2.3% to $98.37 a barrel.
