AS Inbank Fined PLN 4.6M by Polish Regulator; Will Appeal

AS Inbank's Polish branch has been fined PLN 4.6 million (approximately €1.0 million) by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) concerning consumer credit agreements between 2021 and 2023. The company intends to appeal the decision, which is not yet final or enforceable.
