SoftBank completes $3.1 billion acquisition of DigitalBridge

SoftBank Group completed its acquisition of DigitalBridge Group for approximately $3.1 billion on Sept. 30, 2026, making DigitalBridge a controlled subsidiary. The business will operate as a separately managed platform led by Marc Ganzi, with results consolidated into SoftBank's financial statements.
