Nidec says FY2022–FY2026 payouts exceeded Japan distributable amount

Nidec disclosed that dividends and buybacks from FY2022 to FY2026 exceeded the distributable amount under Japan’s Companies Act and related accounting regulations after retrospective restatements in its FY2026 annual securities report.
