Digimarc Announces Registered Direct Offering of $18.2 Million of Common Stock

Digimarc Corporation (NASDAQ: DMRC) announced it has entered into purchase agreements to sell common shares in a registered direct offering to raise approximately $18.2 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on or about September 30, 2026.
