Algorhythm Appoints New CEO, COO, and Interim CFO

Algorhythm Holdings has appointed Andrew Thompson as Chief Executive Officer and Ryan Smith as Chief Operating Officer. Leticia Raele has been promoted to Chief Accounting Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer, with these changes effective September 15, 2026. The former CEO and CFO will remain with the company as consultants.
