IDEXX Laboratories to acquire AI veterinary scribe CoVetAI

IDEXX Laboratories has agreed to acquire CoVetAI, an AI-powered clinical scribe and workflow platform for veterinary medicine. The financial terms were not disclosed. Chicago Pacific Founders’ Pet Fund exited its investment in CoVetAI as part of the deal.
