Capital Bancorp unit sells Illinois branch with $123.9 million deposits

Capital Bancorp's Capital Bank signed an agreement to sell its North Riverside, Illinois branch, including the office, selected loans, other assets, and related deposits and liabilities. Deposits at the branch totaled about $123.9 million as of June 30, 2026. The bank would have received an estimated $3.3 million deposit premium.
