DoorDash launches AI assistant for drivers

DoorDash has introduced new AI-powered tools, including an assistant called DashBuddy, designed to help its delivery drivers, known as Dashers, get started and optimize their time on the road. DashBuddy addresses new drivers' questions via SMS and has resolved about 95% of initial queries, with users more likely to complete their first dash within three days.
