agilon health and Jackson Clinic expand ACO partnership

agilon health (NYSE: AGL) and The Jackson Clinic will expand their collaboration through Senior Health Connect ACO to improve quality and patient outcomes for Traditional Medicare beneficiaries in Tennessee. The Jackson Clinic, an independent physician organization, joins agilon's ACO to support approximately 9,000 additional beneficiaries.
