CScale exits stealth with $145 million for AI interconnect

CScale announced $145 million in Series C funding to develop optical interconnect for AI scale-up. The funding round was co-led by Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners, and Premji Invest, with participation from NVIDIA and Intel Capital.
